Preventative Care
Optimal pet wellness is achieved through continuous, life-long preventative care. At Superior Animal Hospital, we make recommendations for each individual pet we see based on age, breed, health status, lifestyle, and unique health considerations.
Clinical services including physical examinations, vaccinations, dental care, parasite testing and control, lab work and blood tests, nutritional counseling, and behavioral counseling, help our clinical team keep your companion a happy and healthy member of your family.
The aim of the preventative wellness plan is devised specially for your pet, and will aim to prevent disease before it starts.

Diagnostic Care
If your pet appears to be ill, or is not acting like his or her self, we highly encourage you to schedule a visit as soon as possible. This way, we can make a diagnosis sooner and begin treatment immediately. First, one of our veterinarians will perform a physical examination. Additional diagnostic tests may be necessary to make a complete and accurate diagnosis. Once we understand what’s ailing your pet, we’ll discuss treatment options with you.
Superior Animal Hospital is committed to remaining up to date on the latest diagnostic tools and technology in the veterinary field. Our clinical team has the ability to efficiently and accurately provide a diagnoses with an in-house laboratory and advanced imaging like digital radiology, ultrasound, and electrocardiogram.

Pet Dental Services
Making oral hygiene a key component of your pet’s routine care actually improves overall health. Accumulated oral bacteria results in painful teeth and gums, and also puts pets at risk for harmful infection throughout the rest of the body. Dental disease has been directly linked to liver, kidney, and heart disease. This means good oral hygiene can add years to your pet’s life!
