To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. We do accept walk-ins, but if no appointment time is available at the time of the walk-in, a walk-in fee may apply.
If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, we request that you please give us a call and let us know beforehand. We will be more than happy to reschedule for a date and time that works for you!
In addition to our weekly hours, we are open Saturdays from 8am-12pm for general wellness visits and routine services. Surgical procedures and sick visits must be scheduled Monday – Friday so our medical team has sufficient time and resources to perform services.
We make every effort to see clients and patients on time. However, unexpected emergencies and urgent care cases may create inevitable delays at times. We ensure these are minimized as much as possible.
Patient Arrival Policy
To keep all people and pets safe, and minimize stress in the waiting area, dogs must arrive on a leash or in a carrier and cats must arrive in a carrier.
If you think your pet may have a contagious condition, like kennel cough, parvovirus, or ringworm, please call before you arrive. In an effort to prevent the spread of disease, we will make special arrangements for your pet to enter our facility safely.
Drop-off arrangements are available to our clients. Please let us know in advance if this is a service you will need, so we are prepared when your pet arrives.
