Our reception team excels at client and patient service! We look for confident, compassionate, positive, outgoing, efficient team members on our front line that are dedicated, professional and have excellent client communication skills. Receptionists’ responsibilities include:

  • scheduling appointments
  • answering the telephone
  • setting up new clients and patients
  • telephone triage
  • preparation and maintenance of medical records
  • admitting and discharging patients
  • filling prescriptions
  • over-the-counter sales
  • mailings and filing
  • computer operation and financial transactions
  • front office and reception area maintenance

All hospital positions will require individuals to work varying shifts between the hours of 7:15 am and 8:00 pm Monday-Friday and possible Saturday mornings. Weekend treatment of patients may also be required which may include multiple trips to the hospital Friday evenings through Sunday evenings.

Hours required will depend on the position and the individual hired. Shifts will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties at time of hire.
