Dr. Michelle Severs is originally from Williams, a small town in northern Minnesota, and currently resides in Duluth. Dr. Severs attended the College of Saint Scholastica as an undergraduate, and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota in 2006.
Soon after graduating, Dr. Severs joined the team at Superior Animal Hospital in June 2006. She has professional interests in internal medicine, dentistry, and dermatology.
Dr. Severs shares a home with her husband Eric and son Jacob. They keep busy with their son Jacob’s youth hockey involvement with frequent traveling for games and helping out at events. In her free time, Dr. Severs also enjoys camping, boating, reading, and volunteering at the Humane Society of Douglas County. She shares a home with a black retriever, Stitch, a Labrador mix, Leo, and a rabbit, Leafy. Stitch and Leo are fantastic at playing fetch, and even better at taking naps.
